  3. Approval & Store Setup – Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can then set up your store, upload products, and start selling.

Welcome to LotsToShop.com. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of our website and marketplace services for both sellers (store owners) and buyers (customers). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.


  1. DEFINITIONS

“Platform” refers to www.LotsToShop.com

Seller” refers to an individual or business entity approved to sell products on the Platform.

Buyer” refers to any person who purchases goods through the Platform.

Commission” refers to the 10% fee charged by LotsToShop on every successful sale.

Courier Services” refers to the delivery service managed by LotsToShop for all orders.


  1. GENERAL TERMS

LotsToShop reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any seller account if it violates these T&Cs.

Buyers and Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.

Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations when listing and selling products.

LotsToShop does not own or manufacture any products listed by sellers.


  1. SELLER TERMS

3.1 Store Registration & Approval

All sellers must apply for approval before they can start selling.

LotsToShop reserves the right to approve or decline any seller based on our criteria.

3.2 Product Listings & Stock Availability

Sellers must ensure all listed products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

If a product becomes out of stock, sellers must immediately remove it or update availability.

Listings with frequent stock issues may result in account suspension.

3.3 Sales & Order Management

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, and images of their products.

The sale of prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods is strictly forbidden.

LotsToShop charges a 10% commission per successful sale.

3.4 Payments & Payouts

Sellers receive weekly payouts for completed orders.

Payments will be made via EFT to the seller’s registered bank account.

3.5 Order Fulfillment & Shipping

All orders must be processed through LotsToShop’s courier service.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products are ready for collection by the assigned courier.

Failure to provide the correct item for delivery may result in order cancellation and penalties.

3.6 Returns & Disputes

If a buyer initiates a return request, the seller must review and respond within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs:
✅ If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, the seller covers the return shipping cost.
✅ If the buyer changes their mind, the buyer pays for return shipping.

Disputes will be handled by LotsToShop’s support team, and decisions made will be final.


  1. BUYER TERMS

4.1 Purchasing on LotsToShop

Buyers must provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

LotsToShop reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders.

4.2 Payments

Payment methods include credit/debit cards, EFT, and other secure online options.

All payments are processed securely before an order is confirmed.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

Buyers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.) are not the responsibility of LotsToShop.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

Buyers can request a return if:
✅ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ The item received is incorrect or significantly different from the listing.

Return Shipping Costs:
✅ If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, the seller pays for return shipping.
✅ If the buyer changes their mind, they must cover the return shipping cost.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.


  1. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following cannot be sold on LotsToShop:
❌ Counterfeit or replica products
❌ Hazardous materials (explosives, toxic chemicals, etc.)
❌ Stolen goods or illegal substances
❌ Products infringing copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
❌ Second-hand items


  1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Sellers who fail to meet quality standards or violate policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Buyers who engage in fraudulent transactions or abuse the return system may be banned from the platform.

LotsToShop reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice in cases of severe violations.


  1. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

LotsToShop is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may conduct maintenance or updates.

Buyers and sellers agree to indemnify and hold LotsToShop harmless from any claims or disputes arising from transactions.


  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

LotsToShop may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any modifications.
