Welcome to LotsToShop.com. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for both buyers and sellers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned and refunds may be issued.
- GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Buyers may request a return if the item received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, digital downloads) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
✅ Eligible for Return
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The item received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
The product is missing parts or accessories as per the description.
❌ Not Eligible for Return
Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size, or color chosen by the buyer).
Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery.
Digital or downloadable products that have been accessed.
Perishable items such as food, flowers, or medicines.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to seller error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged product), the seller pays for the return shipping.
If the return is due to buyer’s preference or change of mind, the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
The return shipping method must be tracked and insured to ensure the product is safely returned.
- RETURN PROCESS
4.1 How to Request a Return
- Log in to your LotsToShop account.
- Go to Orders > Request Return.
- Select the item you want to return and specify the reason for return.
- Upload clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Wait for seller approval (processed within 48 hours).
4.2 Processing the Return
Once approved, the buyer must ship the item back within 5 days.
After receiving the item, the seller will inspect the condition and approve or deny the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
- REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (credit card, EFT, etc.).
LotsToShop does not refund delivery fees, except in cases where the seller is at fault.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Buyers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a return request is denied by the seller and the buyer disagrees, they may escalate the issue to LotsToShop Support.
LotsToShop will review the case and make a final decision based on evidence provided by both parties.
